The house

Entréplan
There is a kitchen, living room, a bedroom & a bathroom. The living room has a TV and generous sofas, a large dining table and access to a large terrace overlooking the water and the harbor. During the summer, the terrace is protected from view, as it is located a little higher than the harbor and the street below.

Upstairs
Here you come up to a living room with sofas. The master bedroom has a double bed and exit to the large balcony. The bedroom next door is spacious and has two separate beds. The bathroom is large, with both bath and shower, toilet and double sink.

The surroundings
The house has a wooden terrace in two directions. On the large terrace overlooking the harbor, it is best with long breakfasts and good barbecue evenings. The smaller terrace has lounge furniture for a moment of pleasant relaxation with card games or a good book.

SLUSSEN
Formerly a place where sailing ships were built, now a quiet holiday oasis. Most of the houses are from the 19th century and built of wood. SLUSSEN is not a party place, but here there is more peace where music and swimming dominate. Despite this, the small community has most things you could want during a holiday. There is a harbor, a bathing place with jetties, a jumping tower and a small beach where a swimming school is also offered every year. There is a café & kiosk, which serves light vegetarian dishes, ice cream and a little of each.

Slussen's guest house is a legendary music club in the summer, with some of Sweden's most famous artists as guests. Combine a music experience with a delicious meal from their kitchen. 200 meters from the house.

Things to do at Orust & Tjörn
Do not miss our car-free islands, Gullholmen and Käringön and the fantastic fishing community Hälleviksstrand A day trip to one of our car-free islands is a must.
If you like hiking, there is the Pilgrim Trail on Orust is 80 km long and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island.

Go on an exciting and different art experience. In the middle of a Bohuslän cultural landscape with traces from the Stone Age and grazing, a sculpture exhibition with world-leading artists can be arranged every summer. Sculpture in Pilane . is an experience for everyone, both big and small
An excursion to Säby kiles nature reserve is a wonderful trip.Here is Bohuslän's largest pasture in an old agricultural environment, and in the shallow waters many fish & shellfish have both a playground, nursery & pantry! A variety of bird species benefit from the rich aquatic life and you can see a lot of unusual birds here. When you are tired of nature, stop at Sörgårdens Interiör & Café for a good coffee under the trees in the garden. In the shop you will find lots of cozy, beautiful and stylish gadgets, gifts & clothes. Do not miss the Watercolor Museum,

On Sundsby manor on Tjörn you can go on a guided tour and then eat something good in the café. In the carp pond next to the manor, frogs, toads, newts and many different insects thrive here. there are also hiking trails and caves in the mountains.
