THE SURROUNDINGS
The house is located on the outskirts of Henån, which is Orust’s central town. In Henån there are most things, such as a marina, several restaurants, playground, fish shop and library etc.
By bike it is only 5 minutes to Centrum in Henån, you take a walk it takes about 20 minutes.
The owner has two adult bikes that you can borrow.
It takes 10 minutes to cycle to the very nice swimming area which is also located in Henån. It is called Småholmarna and has a jumping tower, jetties for crab fishing, a small beach and a toilet.
There is also a parking space if you choose to take the car.
THE HOUSE, Hällevi Hills!
Welcome to “Hällevi Hills” a name that was added by a happy bunch during the renovation.
The house is from the 60’s and had the same brown color as the garage to the right of the house (where the owners only use it as storage).
Since 2020, the house has received a total “Makeover” There is probably not a single cm that has not been reviewed and has received a little or a lot of review
ENTRÉPLAN
You enter a hall, with space for clothes and shoes, directly to the right there is a toilet.
Then you enter the wonderful kitchen, which has everything you need for a comfortable holiday, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and exit to the terrace.
There is a fireplace and firewood is available by the garage.
Here, 8 people can be seated around the dining room table. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed.
Take a step up and you enter the nice living room, with cozy sofas and TV.
Directly down to the right is the stairs to the basement. From the living room you enter the combined laundry room, shower and sauna, as well as toilet. There is also an exit to the terrace.

Below the stairs you have a hall, then comes the bedroom with bunk bed and bedroom with double bed. Pay attention to the beautiful seat, made of one piece.

THE PLOT
The house is located on a small mountain plateau and consists of mixed lawn and natural plot, here you can play both log and croquet.
There is also plenty of blueberry rice and good opportunities to find summer chanterelles.
The back is protected from view and there is outdoor furniture, some sun loungers, parasol and charcoal grill for wonderful barbecue evenings.
Next door there is also an exercise loop and on the other side of the road there is a football pitch.
NOTE Dog only on request, possibly a small dog that does not lose hair or is in the furniture.
MORE TO DO ON ORUST & TJÖRN
Pilgrimsleden on Orust is eight mil long and connects eight churches. It runs in a loop and forms an eight. see link for Fun on the island. Göksäter where you find lots of cheap and “good to have things”. Töllås sheep farm has a wonderful cafe, where also you can buy vegetables from the garden plot. Tavlebods honey farm, shows in a very educational way how bees live and make honey. There is also a café with good coffee and honey candies to buy. A day trip to Gullholmen or Kärringön is a must, the ferries go from Tuvesvik.
The traditional Sundsby Säteri on the island of Tjörn is not only about history, its kitchen garden and footpaths through stunning scenery. There is also a restaurant here with very good meals and home-baked cakes in the courtyard café. In the summer you can buy freshly baked bread in the farm shop. They serve excellent “fika” (Swedish for coffee and pastry, coffee can be substituted with other beverages) and different honey products are for sale.
