Welcome to the lovely house on the hill.

Nearby beach and swimming, a very nice patio with a view of the sea.

The house is located on a hillside with proximity to swimming and the village center. Only 5-10 minutes walk you have both a swimming area, with rocks, sand and jetty and if you walk towards the center there is a pizzeria and a grocery store.

The surroundings / plot
The house is last located on the owner’s plot, but it is situated higher than the owner’s house, which makes it feel like you live on your own plot.

It is prefect for you who have small children or a small, kind dog you want to bring, because the plot is completely fenced (dog only on request). It is also possible to park the car right next to the plot.

There is a terrace around 3 sides of the house, with several seats, a deck chair and an electric grill.

The house
Entrance floor:
The house was built just a few years ago, so it is very fresh with lots of nice details. When you enter the house directly to the left you have the fresh bathroom, with both shower and washing machine.
Directly after the bathroom is the “parents bedroom” with a comfortable double bed.

Then comes the wonderful kitchen. Here is everything for a comfortable holiday. Large sliding doors leading out to the wonderful terrace.

To the right directly inside the front door, the stairs go up to the loft.

The loft
The loft has a sofa, TV and two single beds. The sofa can be made out for two children. An Apple TV and speakers are also available here.
