EVERYTHING ON WALKING DISTANCE

The house is located in the wonderful Ellös on the west side of Orust. Here you will find most things within walking distance, swimming, restaurants, gym, spa, playground, paddle court, shop and you can also book wonderful boat trips directly from Ellös harbor

THE HOUSE
Here one or two families live comfortably. The house is being updated with a dishwasher and a lovely terrace in the garden at the back.

ENTRANCE
You reach the house via a staircase, where there is an adjoining small terrace.
To the left inside the house you have the kitchen, where there is a kitchen table for 5 and a child chair. The kitchen will be equipped with a dishwasher.
To the right you have the large living room, with dining area at an angle. Here, a door will open up to the new terrace that is currently being built on the outside.
They renovate carefully and will try to preserve certain parts of the house that create a retro character. Such as the lovely sliding door in the living room and the large giant chimney wall that will one day be adorned with a stove.
On the entrance level there are also two bedrooms, (one is with TV and sofa bed, which can be used as an extra living room) and a toilet with shower.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs you have two bedrooms and a toilet with sink.
One bedroom has a double bed and the other a 90 bed + a 120 bed.

BASEMENT FLOOR
In the basement there is a washing machine and laundry room.

THE PLOT
The plot consists of lawn and a large newly built terrace, with seating and charcoal grill.
The house is located next to the road to Ellös from the east. The road may be busy at certain times, but in the evening when you want to grill and hang out in the garden, then there is very little traffic on that street.

More to do on Orust & Tjörn
Pilgrimsleden on Orust is eight mil long and connects eight churches. It runs in a loop and forms an eight. see link for Fun on the island. Göksäter where you find lots of cheap and “good to have things”. Töllås sheep farm has a wonderful cafe, where also you can buy vegetables from the garden plot. Tavlebods honey farm, shows in a very educational way how bees live and make honey. There is also a café with good coffee and honey candies to buy. A day trip to Gullholmen or Kärringön is a must, the ferries go from Tuvesvik.

The traditional Sundsby Säteri on the island of Tjörn is not only about history, its kitchen garden and footpaths through stunning scenery. There is also a restaurant here with very good meals and home-baked cakes in the courtyard café. In the summer you can buy freshly baked bread in the farm shop. They serve excellent “fika” (Swedish for coffee and pastry, coffee can be substituted with other beverages) and different honey products are for sale.
