  This spacious cottage with 6 + 1 beds is set in a lush garden just 600
  meters from the sea. From the upstairs you even have a little sea view. A
  short walk away is a jetty out to a nice little islet with a cozy
  boardwalk along the cliffs with benches. Bring the thermos, take a
  morning dip & then enjoy the first cup of coffee & the view of

THE COTTAGE
ENTRÈ
On the ground floor you will first enter the kitchen which is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is also a dining table for 6-7 people. The living room has 2 large sofas & TV, from here you also come out onto the veranda with outdoor furniture. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, full bed mattress)

SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor there are 2 large bedrooms with sloping ceilings with 2 beds in each room. From here you have a lovely view of meadows, trees & cliffs, with the sea in the distance. In the living room just above the stairs there is a bed, a table, perfect for a game of cards one night, as well as a cot.

THE GARDEN
The house is part of an old farm where the owner’s house is also located. You have a large lawn with lush shrubbery and a furnished patio all to yourselves. Nearby is a tennis court that is jointly owned by the community association and you may use it.

THE SURROUNDINGS
The cottage is surrounded by fields, meadows, groves and cliffs. Down by the sea, the association has built a jetty over to a small islet, with a boardwalk along the cliffs with benches. Here you can walk on the cliffs and enjoy lovely salty dips. Or try crab fishing, lots of fun for children of all ages. There is also a small stretch of beach for toddlers who want to splash.

Rossö Nature Reserve is 4 km away and there is a very nice swimming area with cliffs, bathing ladder and jumping tower. There is also a fantastic nature with many birds for the interested.


Bring your bikes, and you can cycle to the bathing places, or to Varekil, where there is Ica, a flower shop, where it is about 6 km. From Varekil you can then cycle on cycle paths to Skåpesundsbron, the bridge that connects Orust & Tjörn. If you want to cycle even further, you will continue to Sundsby manor, on small gravel roads and paths.

If you like hiking, the Pilgrim Trail on Orust is 80 km long and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island. Food / antiques / garden and paddle court.

If you live in this cottage, you are close to a fantastically cozy fishing community and lovely bathing spots.

Or take a trip to Tjörn.
Go on an exciting and different art experience . In the middle of a Bohuslän cultural landscape with traces from the Stone Age and grazing, a sculpture exhibition with world-leading artists can be arranged every summer. Sculpture in Pilane . is an experience for everyone, both big and small
An excursion to Säby kiles nature reserve is a wonderful trip.Here is Bohuslän's largest pasture in an old agricultural environment, and in the shallow waters many fish & shellfish have both a playground, nursery & pantry! A variety of bird species benefit from the rich aquatic life and you can see a lot of unusual birds here. When you are tired of nature, you stop at Sörgårdens Interiör & Café for a good coffee under the trees in the garden. In the shop you will find lots of cozy, beautiful and stylish gadgets, gifts & clothes. Do not miss the Watercolor Museum,

Sundsby manor on Tjörn you can go on a guided tour and then eat something good in the café. In the carp pond next to the manor, frogs, toads, newts and many different insects thrive here. there are also hiking trails and caves in the mountains.
