Welcome to the cozy yellow villa which has a lovely plot, where you can play games and enjoy long summer days. If it gets too quiet, put on your walking shoes and stroll to lovely Hälleviksstrand. In Hälleviksstrand, visitors are greeted by one of our finest and idyllic coastal villages with charming wooden houses and a relaxing atmosphere. Explore the picturesque harbor and enjoy walks along the beach overlooking the blue sea.

ENVIRONMENT
The house is only a 1.5 km walk or bike ride from Hälleviksstrand. Here are the old west coast cottages and boathouses in a row, a wide bay runs through the entire community and you can't miss Hällevikstrand's red wooden church, which is perhaps the most beautiful church in Sweden? Here there is a nice and popular swimming area with a newly built jetty and good parking if you prefer to take the car. At the restaurant Erwing's Junkfood you can enjoy good food in a unique environment with a wonderful sea view, you can challenge a friend in darts and quizzes on Tuesdays. Right next door is Hälleviksstrand's Grill & Ice Cream, which serves recognized good and certified hamburgers and ice cream from, among others, Lejonet & Björnen. A short distance away there is also a cozy restaurant with wood-fired pizzas. If you want to rent a sauna, it is easy to book Sauna Andstensholmen, which is a completely newly built sauna located right by the sea. Welcome to this yellow cozy house, a summer idyll, a genuine and calm place. Parking is available right outside the house. There are 4 bedrooms and an inviting living room with a roaring fireplace. Downstairs is a bedroom with a family bunk bed 120 + 90 cm and another bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two large single beds 120+120 cm. Step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony, a perfect spot to enjoy warm summer days. Explore the garden where swings swing in time with the summer breeze and a small sandbox awaits the littlest adventurers. This is the place where the family gathers and creates unforgettable summer memories, experience the peaceful atmosphere of this yellow cottage in the middle of summer paradise.

Things to do in Orust
Take a walk on Orust - The Pilgrimsleden on Orust is eight miles long and connects eight churches and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island. Tavlebods Honungsgård where you and your children, in a very educational way, can see how the bees live and make honey. You can also buy good coffee and honey caramels here. Right next to it is & Tavlebords Lanthandel, which functions as a market hall where local producers themselves sell their food and handicrafts. A day trip to car-free Gullholmen or Käringön is a must, the ferries depart from Tuvesvik.Töllås sheep farm, wonderful cafe, where you can also buy vegetables from the garden country. Feel free to visit Orust Golf Club - a scenic seaside course, experience the joy of golf in a unique atmosphere, surrounded by the sound of the sea and verdant landscape.
Fröken Trulls and Morlanda Gardening are also a must when visiting Orust.
