One of the most picturesque fishing communities on Orust
Mollösund is one of the most picturesque fishing communities in Orust. It is located furthest on a cape in the southwest of Orust. A place that many tourists and residents come to every summer to experience a genuine fishing community. Here you can enjoy life in the summer with boats, restaurants and wonderful baths and lots of crab fishing.

Quiet area in the middle of the crowded crowd
The house is located in a quiet area on a sidewalk near the sea.
You live in a nice fresh spacious villa with three floors. The ground floor has bright kitchen with plenty of space to prepare for barbecue evenings. Living room has open plan living with a large dining area, with direct exit to the balcony with patio furniture and barbecue. In the mezzanine there are also two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Upstairs has one bedroom with balcony with sea view. The living room on this floor has socializing areas, trinett kitchen (only for tea, egg cooking, no cooking) kitchen table a sofa bed, TV and a single bed. Perfect for hang out & play!
There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Fresh shrimp on a mountain overlooking the sea.

You can see the sea between the houses and directly from the garden climb on the big beautiful walk-friendly mountain. It does not take many minutes to get down to the sea. In the evening you can pack the picknick basket and fill it with fresh shrimp, something good to drink, watch the sun sink behind the mountain. If it’s too quiet and you want more folklore, just go down to the harbor in Mollösund. There it is folklore, boats, restaurants and happy holidaymakers. If you do not want to cook in a week, you have several restaurants that you can try. Everything is possible here in Mollösund. The house has two patios and one balcony. Just 150 meters from the house down the hill there is a large playground and a football field.

300 meters to the beach

Tornviksbadet, the beach located about 300 meters from the house, has a small natural beach and piers. The beach next door has lovely rocks and a trampoline. There is also a beach downstairs at Mollösund harbor called Kattevik, the bath has a hut and it is about 900 meters.

700 meters to the restaurants

To the harbor of Mollösund it is only 700 meters. There is a supermarket, several restaurants such as Mollösundsvärdshus, Emmas cafe, Movitz magazine, knutsbrygga, there are also pizzeria, fishstore, and small shops to stroll in.
