Super fresh cottage, with associated guest cottage, with all amenities.
Around the house there are several patios and some are completely protected, as well as the forest directly behind and finally on a dead end street.

COTTAGE

The nice hall and the cottage's bathroom are located in the middle of two buildings where one side of the cottage forms the bedroom part and the other side has togetherness in focus.

In the right house body there is a master bedroom and a bedroom with a small super cozy sleeping loft.

On the left hand side, a large living room opens with a super nice kitchen, fantastic stove and living room as well as a glazed area for delicious breakfasts, where you also come out to a nice terrace. Above the living area is a sleeping loft with two beds. In the attic there are also children's books, games and Lego for younger guests.

THE GUEST HOUSE

The guest house is located about 10 meters from the house and up on a plateau. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the hills and the sea. Here you have your evening drink and enjoy the view and the sunset.

The guest house has one room, with a family bunk bed and an extra bed. There is also a fridge + sink, mill toilet and shower, as well as a washing machine.

NOTE, The cottage is intended for 7 people maximum (children included)

PATIO & PLOT

The house is located on a hill and has a hilly plot, with mountains and lawn. Around the house there is a large terrace, with dining area and barbecue. On the terrace of the guest house there is another dining area. In the garden there is also a small playhouse for playful children. The house has sun all day, but you can always find shady alternatives.

From the garden there is a staircase up to the lookout point "the mountain" with two comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy the rays of the last evening sun and a mile-wide view.
NOTE, all bathing pictures and sea pictures are pictures of the nearest beach / surroundings.

THE GARAGE ABOVE THE HOUSE
In the garage there is a nice ping pong table with accompanying rack and balls.

BEACH
The popular bathing area can be reached via a walking path. There are jetties and a sandy beach, see photos.

BICYCLE
It is fine to cycle from the cottage to the nearest small town called Varekil. The main road offers nice bike paths without car traffic.

NEAR
There is a community cottage just 100 meters from the house, where midsummer parties are also organized.

Things to do at Orust & Tjörn
Pilgrimsleden on Orust is 80 km long and connects eight churches and is just one of many beautiful hiking trails on the island. Tavlebords honeyfarm dwhere you and your children, in a very educational way, can see how the bees live and make honey. Here you will also find coffee and honey candies to buy. Right next door is & Tavlebord's country store, which functions as a market hall where local producers themselves sell their food and crafts. A day trip to car-free Gullholmen or Käringön is a must, the ferries leave from Tuvesvik which is about 9 km from Hälleviksstrand.

At Sundsby säteri on Tjörn you can go on a guided tour and then eat something good in the café & restaurant, their prawn sandwich is fantastic! In the carp pond next to the manor, frogs, toads, newts and many different insects thrive. There are also hiking trails and caves in the mountains.
