Welcome to a newly renovated cottage, with all amenities. This cottage is best for you who want to live on Orust, in the nature, nice and piceful, but still close to all Orust & Tjörn's attractions. If you want to hike, there is a nice hiking trail in the area.

Welcome to this charming little holiday home, located at a place where tranquility meets nature. A small gravel road sneaks past outside the door and invites you to walks and excursions. Just outside is the Kultehamn hiking trail, It is classified as walkable and is four kilometers long. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds.

With the car as your companion, you can easily explore the many sights in the immediate area and on Tjörn & Orust. From art to picturesque islets and farm shops, there is something here for all tastes and interests. End the day with a tasty meal at a fish restaurant or discover delicacies at the cozy charcuterie nearby.

SVANESUND , only 5 minutes from the house. This small town on Orust offers a wonderful swimming area with swimming school, jumping tower and picturesque rocks to sunbathe on. The children can enjoy the soft sand and crab fishing at the jetty. In the center there is a pizzeria, home shopping and a hairdresser. Feel free to take a little break and find bargains at the second-hand shop.

To the left in the hall you will find a bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed. Opposite is another bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra bed. The kitchen and living room offer light and an open plan. From the living room, you can open the patio doors and go out onto the balcony to enjoy the sun and maybe grill something good.
The sofa is a practical sofa bed with an accompanying mattress pad for extra comfort.

Towards the kitchen you will find the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. A little further to the right is the third bedroom, also with a comfortable 160 cm bed
