About the House

Welcome to this cozy and partially renovated cottage, located about 2 kilometers northeast of Hälleviksstrand on the island of Orust! The property sits on a spacious lot with stunning views and close proximity to both nature and the sea.

The house features two floors and a newly built guest house for additional space. On the main floor, you'll find an open living room connected to the kitchen. The living room includes a sofa bed with two beds, one armchair, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings. On this floor, there is also a bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a toilet with a sink.

The lower floor includes two bedrooms: a large bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a smaller bedroom with a 140 cm bed. A newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is also located here. For extra space, the guest house offers a bedroom with two 80 cm beds and a loft with two foam mattresses. Note: water is not available in the guest house; guests must use the main house for showering and the sink.

The outdoor patio is perfect for dining and socializing, equipped with furniture for eight people, a parasol, and a charcoal grill for delightful barbecue evenings.
